I sold my position at $.02 and move on.

After 1/2 year, got the cash from the Co. as ROC. The stock is trading at NEX and still worth a bit. I do not know whether the CO. will wind down or sold as empty shell. Eager to know the result. Quite an experience for a BK deal. Now waiting for GBG.

Trading at $.055. If you did follow the story, the Co. is winding down and that would be a crap shot to double from here (If there are no claims against the escrow account). Good Luck!

Some facts:

As at the record date for the Meeting, there were 237,882,967 units (each a “Unit”) of the Corporation issued and outstanding. Each Unit was comprised of 100 Class A Special Shares and 1 Class B Common Share. Each Class B Common Share is entitled to one (1) vote and there are no voting rights attached to the Class A Special Shares

• Of the proceeds from the AGA Transaction, US$25 million (the “AGA Deferred Payment”) will be held in escrow until January 20, 2013 at which time, the AGA Deferred Payment, less any claims made and payable in accordance with the AGA Agreement, if any, will be paid to First Uranium.
Of the proceeds from the Gold One Transaction, US$5 million (the “Gold One Deferred Payment”) will be held in escrow until February 1, 2013 at which time, the Gold One Deferred Payment, less any claims made and payable in accordance with the AGA Agreement, if any, will be paid to First Uranium.

As at June 30, 2012, current assets, including current assets from discontinued operations, were US$25.5 million (March 31, 2012: US$21.9 million) and included cash and cash equivalents of US$11.7 million (March 31, 2012: US$6.7 million). First Uranium’s current assets, excluding current assets from discontinued operations, were US$3.0 million as at June 30, 2012 and included cash equivalents of US$2.3 million.

I did own a small position and the initial distribution pays off my original capital investment. I did double my position after the dividend.
