This well has 2 levels of proven oil but the drillers found another deeper formation that is takling on water as much as 2barrels water for every barrel of oil on average. This is a zone that is at bottom. Time is eating away at my personal investments. I just like to see

production of the best proven zones. The driller/ largest investor thinks the bottom layer around 13,000 feet deep could prove out. Time will tell. Keep posted.

There are two wells here. One existing with PUD proven Undeveloped reserves of 50,000 barrels left and Franks 1 which could be as high as 1.5 million barrels. 11 total formations was revealed on this drill which is 5 more than expected. Presently the oil/gas is being tested from the deepest formation for commercial production , working the way higher to the next formation.

The net pay zones total 91 feet. Franks looks to be a very good place, This was a past producing formation in the 1950,s & 60,s. Due to increasing technology 3D sismic we see from what is described as an attic enclosure up to 1.5 million barrels oil left behind. They thought years ago they drilled into the top of this dome enclosure but came in the side . pumped water in and floated the oil to the top & pumped it out. They left lots of oil and these kind of wells are producing again all over Texas.

US Emerald Energy was found by myself in June of 2012 searching for the right kind of Limited Partnership I needed. I think this is not only compatible but will eventually result in greater cash flow. US Emerald Energy LLC is the General partner in these arrangements. I rather go after proven left behind oil than risk a dry hole.

Giddings has been somewhat disappointing. Presently engineering work is being done on water intrusion coming from above already produced formation. We are taking on to much water in our oil now. Also on the 1300 foot lateral drilled this past March 2013 part of it became blocked after we produced over 300 BPD + gas. Presently no money is coming from this venture & we are producing 20 to 30 bpd until engineering can come up with improvements.

If any want to know more about this Texas General Partner company you can look them up in this web site link. Keep in mind I do not recomend nor give this as investment advice. But this one is conservative , one can participate with the least funds in the industry & receive cash flow once into production. Good tax write downs also until they take them away. I only do this as a friendly gesture.

These 3 You Tube videos shows the wells I invested in as a venture partner, being drilled . It is on the Master General Partners front page web site for now. These are the Brookshire Salt dome well & The Agnello #1 in the Giddings field.
and infastructure has to be placed in at the site.
The Giddings well is flowing as of April 4 to about 220 barrels a day with half a million cu. ft of gas. It is still being tested. The Brookshire well has yet to reach commercial production since a tank battery

I am just tickled about this success and plan to share more wells & developement here. Now this is not a public traded company. It is private fund raising for well projects and we share directly in the cash flow after taxes & expenses are met.

I will be glad to answer any concerns anyone may have as to this approach to investing. I needed to get diversified away from totally depended on public markets because of all the fall out baggage and the times we are getting into. Needed something with less RISK & more reward. These ventures are the most conservative way to invest in oil & the batting record is above 97% Dry wells are very few.
