After watching Brent Cook on BNN the other day, I decided to follow up on one of his top 3 picks for that day so I purchased a few thousand shares last Friday. This was not one if his usual mining related picks.

Even though it gained 20% today - I suspect that it will end up a lot higher in time.

This stock appears to have great potential and as its business grows (and I believe that it will) - it has the potential to increase it's share price substantially....here is a summary of its business taken from yahoo:

Synodon Inc. operates as a remote sensing technology company in Canada. It provides a proprietary platform technology, known as realSens, which is used for the measurement of small ground-level gas concentrations from an aircraft flying up to 300 meters in altitude. The company also offers various datasets, including aerial imagery, thermal and terrain mapping, and vegetation and ground type to energy companies. In addition, it offers liquid leak detection, natural gas leak detection, pipeline threat assessment, right-of-way change detection, tree canopy encroachment, water crossings analysis, and pipeline location classification services. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Edmonton, Canada.
