The Globe's biggest energy losers are Lighstream Resources, Pacific Rubiales Energy, Penn West Petroleum, Surge Energy, Legacy Oil + Gas, Canadian Oil Sands and Trilogy Energy.

Trying to get ready to buy beat up miners between now and the end of the year. Should be some bargains!!! Last year it worked like a charm and this year the miners are beat up even worse than last year.

Looking for suggestions of big values and whether people would be buying bigger, cashflowing names or smaller non producers with good deposits.

I am thinking the rally may fizzle like last year so not looking to hold for years but maybe until spring....
